Section 849 CAMA 2020

Section 849 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Merger of associations. It is under Chapter 7 (Merger and dissolution) of the Act.

Two or more associations with similar aims and objects may merge under terms and conditions as the Commission may prescribe by regulation.
