Section 824 CAMA 2020

Section 824 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Classification of associations. It is under Chapter 1 (Incorporated trustees) of the Act.

The Commission shall determine the classification of associations to be registered under this Part in accordance with the aims and objects of theassociation.
