Section 761 CAMA 2020

Section 761 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Eligibility to be partners. It is under Chapter 3 (Partners and their relations) of the Act.

On the incorporation of a limited liability partnership, the persons who subscribed their names to the incorporation documents shall be its partners and any other person may become a partner of the limited liability partnership in accordance with the limited liability partnership agreement.
