Section 752 CAMA 2020

Section 752 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Penalty for contravention of sections 749-751. It is under Chapter 1 (Nature of limited liability partnership) of the Act.

If default is made in complying with the provisions of sections 749-751 the limited liability partnership and each of its partners is liable to a penalty in the amount as the Commission shall specify in its regulation.
