Section 704 CAMA 2020

Section 704 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Acting as insolvency practitioner. It is under Chapter 26 (Miscellaneous provisions applying to companies which are insolvent) of the Act.

A person acts as an insolvency practitioner in relation to a companyby acting as its—

(a) liquidator, provisional liquidator or official receiver ;

(b) administrator or administrative receiver ; or

(c) receiver and manager, or as nominee or supervisor of a company’s voluntary arrangement
