Section 65 Arbitration and Mediation Act

Section 65 Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 is about Extent of application of this Act to arbitration. It is under Part I (Arbitration) of the Act.

This Act does not affect any other law by virtue of which certain disputes may-
(a) not be submitted to arbitration; or
(b) be submitted to arbitration only in accordance with the provisions of that or another law.
