Section 645 CAMA 2020

Section 645 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Power of Court to appoint and remove liquidator. It is under Chapter 22 (Voluntary winding-up resolutions for and commencement of voluntary winding-up) of the Act.

If, in any voluntary winding-up, there is no liquidator acting, the Court may appoint a liquidator and in any case the Court may, on cause shown,remove a liquidator and appoint another liquidator.
