Section 642 CAMA 2020

Section 642 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Provisions applicable to every voluntary winding-up. It is under Chapter 22 (Voluntary winding-up resolutions for and commencement of voluntary winding-up) of the Act.

The provisions of sections 643 – 648 of this Act, apply to every voluntary winding-up, whether a members’ or a creditors’ winding-up.
