Section 626 CAMA 2020

Section 620 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Provisions applicable to a members’ voluntary winding-up. It is under Chapter 22 (Voluntary winding-up resolutions for and commencement of voluntary winding-up) of the Act.

Sections 627-633 of this Act, subject to the alternative provision in section 632 of this Act, apply in relation to a members’ voluntary winding-up.
