Section 622 CAMA 2020

Section 622 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Commencement of voluntary winding-up. It is under Chapter 22 (Voluntary winding-up resolutions for and commencement of voluntary winding-up) of the Act.

A voluntary winding-up shall be deemed to commence at the time of the passing of the resolution for voluntary winding-up.
