Section 62 Electricity Act 2023

Section 62 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Exemption from liability for the Commission. It is under Part V (Establishment, Functions and Powers of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission) of the Act.

Liability shall not attach to the Commission or to any employee of the Commission or to a ate Commissioner for any loss or damage sustained by any person as a result of the exercise in good faith or performance of any function which, is conferred upon the Commission or the Commissioners.
