Section 618 CAMA 2020

Section 618 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Power to enforce orders. It is under Chapter 21 (Winding-up by the court jurisdiction) of the Act.

An order made by a court under this Act may be enforced in the same manner as orders made in any action pending therein.
