Section 600 CAMA 2020

Section 600 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Official receiver as receiver for debenture holders. It is under Chapter 21 (Winding-up by the court jurisdiction) of the Act.

Where application is made to the Court to appoint a receiver on behalf of the debenture holders or other creditors of a company being wound up by the Court, the official receiver may be so appointed.
