Section 57 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018

Section 57 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Payment of allowances and other conditions of employment of the members of the Tribunal. It is under Part VII (The Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal) of the Act.

The Chairman and other members of the Tribunal shall be paid such allowances, emoluments and benefits as the Federal Government may approve.
