Section 55 Electricity Act 2023

Section 55 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about The financial year of the Commission. It is under Part V (Establishment, Functions and Powers of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission) of the Act.

The financial year of the Commission shall be the period of twelve months commencing from January 1 and ending on the 31 December in each year.
