Section 542 CAMA 2020

Section 542 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Presumption of validity. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

An act of the administrator of a company is valid in spite of a defect in his appointment or qualification.
