Section 533 CAMA 2020
Section 533 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Replacement of administrator appointed by administration order. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.
The Court may replace an administrator on the application of a person listed in section 529 (1) of this Act if the Court is satisfied that—
(a) a person who is entitled to replace the administrator under sections 525-527 of this Act is not taking reasonable steps to make a replacement ; or
(b) for any other reason which, in the opinion of the Court, it is proper tomake the replacement.
