Section 530 CAMA 2020

Section 530 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Replacement of administrator appointed by holder of floating charge. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

An administrator appointed under section 452 of this Act may be replaced by the holder of the floating charge by virtue of which the appointment was made.
