Section 336 CAMA 2020

Section 336 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Register of secretaries. It is under Chapter 12 (Secretaries) of the Act.

Every public company shall maintain a register of secretaries which shall contain the particulars set out in section 337 of this Act.
