Section 21 Nigerian Electoral Act

Section 21 Electoral Act 2022 is about Proprietary rights in the voters’ card. It is under Part III (National Register of Voters and Voters’ Registration) of the Act.

The proprietary rights in any voters’ card issued to any voter shall vest in the Commission.
