Section 205 Electricity Act 2023

Section 205 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Supervisory powers of the Minister. It is under Part XIX (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria) of the Act.

The Minister shall exercise supervisory powers over the Institute and perform such functions as are assigned to him under this section.
