Section 195 Electricity Act 2023

Section 195 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Academic Board of the Institute. It is under Part XIX (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria) of the Act.

(1) There shall be for the purpose of administering the functions of the Institute relating to training and certification in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the Academic Board (in this Act referred to as the “the Academic Board’’).
