Section 165 Electricity Act 2023

Section 165 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Commercial activities for renewable energy. It is under Part XVII (Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency) of the Act.

(1) For the purpose of this Part, commercial activities in the renewable energy industry include —

(a) generation;
(b) distribution;
(c) sales; and
(d) installation,

(2) The Commission may by regulatory instrument limit or expand the scope of activities under subsection (1).
