Section 15 Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023

Section 15 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 is about Secretary to the Council. It is under Part III (Appointment of the National Commissioner, and Other Staff of the Commission) of the Act.

The National Commissioner shall be the Secretary to the Council, and —
(a) be responsible to the Council;

(b) keep the Council’s records;

(c) conduct the Council’s correspondence ; and

(d) discharge such other duties, as the Council may determine.
