Section 144 Nigerian Electoral Act

Section 144 Electoral Act 2022 is about Prosecution of offence disclosed in election petition. It is under Part IX (Miscellaneous Provisions) of the Act.

The Commission shall consider any recommendation made to it by a tribunal with respect to the prosecution by it of any person for an offence disclosed in any election petition.
