Section 135 Electricity Act 2023

Section 135 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Meeting and proceedings of the Board. It is under Part XVI (Rural Electrification Agency) of the Act.

The Board shall adopt its rules and regulations to guide the summoning and conduct of proceedings at its meetings.
