Section 100 Electricity Act 2023

Section 100 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Quarterly report. It is under Part VIII (Establishment of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission) of the Act.

The N-HYPPADEC shell, at the end of every quarter in each year, submit to the President a report on the activities and administration of the N-HYPPADEC.
