Section 183 Electricity Act 2023

Section 183 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Regulations. It is under Part XVIII (Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency) of the Act.

The NEMSA shall submit its input to the Commission in the making of further technical regulations for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act.
