Section 765 CAMA 2020

Section 765 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Partner as agent. It is under Chapter 4 (Extent and limitation of liability of limited liability partnership and partners) of the Act.

A partner of a limited liability partnership is, for the purpose of the business of the limited liability partnership, the agent of the limited partnership, but not of other partners.
