Section 651 CAMA 2020

Section 651 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Application of sections 576 and 577. It is under Chapter 23 (Winding-up subject to supervision of court) of the Act.

A winding-up subject to the supervision of the court shall, for the purposes of sections 576 and 577 of this Act, be deemed to be a winding-up by the Court.
