Section 580 CAMA 2020

Section 580 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Actions stayed on winding-up order. It is under Chapter 21 (Winding-up by the court jurisdiction) of the Act.

If a winding-up order is made or a provisional liquidator is appointed,no action or proceeding shall proceed with or commence against the company except by leave of the Court given on such terms as the Court may impose.
