Section 469 CAMA 2020

Section 469 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Commencement of appointment under section 459. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

The appointment of an administrator under section 459 of this Act takes effect when the requirements of section 464 of this Act are satisfied.
