Section 456 CAMA 2020

Section 456 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Commencement of appointment of administrator under section 450. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

The appointment of an administrator under section 450 of this Act takes effect when the requirements of section 447 of this Act are satisfied.
