Section 445 CAMA 2020

Section 445 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Standard performance of administrator. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

The administrator of a company shall perform his functions as quickly and efficiently as is reasonably practicable.
