Section 55 Nigerian Electoral Act

Section 55 Electoral Act 2022 is about Personal attendance. It is under Part IV (Procedure at Election) of the Act.

No voter shall record his or her vote otherwise than by personally attending at the polling unit or voting
centres and recording his or her vote in the manner prescribed by the Commission.
